1Definitions & Interpretations

"Platform" refers to the website Angkasa189 accessible at angkasa189.my and all services provided therein, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, online slots, baccarat, roulette, and e-sports.

"Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at Angkasa189.

"Account" refers to a member's personal profile used to access all services on the platform.

"Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a member's account at any given time.

"Bet" means any wager placed by a member using the balance in their account across any game or market available on Angkasa189.

• "Bonus" refers to any credits, cashback, or financial promotions granted by the platform to members.
• "Wagering requirement" refers to the minimum amount that must be turned over before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process — the verification of a member's identity.

2Account Registration

To use the services of Angkasa189, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information may result in account termination and funds being frozen.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms. If two or more accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts involved will be suspended and any balances or bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.

• You must be 18 years of age and above to register.
• Your full name, phone number, and email address must be your own.
• Your account password is your sole responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Angkasa189 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time.
• Registering using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location is prohibited.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Angkasa189 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and all major Malaysian banks

Transaction Limit:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM30,000 (subject to account tier)

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the member's own name. Angkasa189 will not process any withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All deposits made using bonuses or unauthorized methods will be voided. Angkasa189 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawals for the purpose of security review and legal compliance.

4Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions at Angkasa189 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, birthday rewards, and seasonal promotions — are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated on the Promotions us.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed one time only per member.
• The standard wagering requirement is 10x bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the bonus system will result in immediate cancellation.
• Angkasa189 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or add bonus terms without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through false information or duplicate accounts will be fully forfeited.

5Betting Rules

Angkasa189 offers a wide range of betting options covering sports (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League football), badminton (BWF tournaments), e-sports (Mobile Legends, Dota 2), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), and online slots.

All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances such as match cancellations or technical faults verified by Angkasa189.

• Minimum stake per bet: RM1
• Bets placed during system disruptions may be voided and funds returned.
• Odds and markets are subject to change without notice before a bet is confirmed.
• For live matches, bets accepted before the actual result is confirmed are valid.
• Any wager suspected of involving fraud or match manipulation will be investigated and may be voided.

In the event of a dispute over match results, Angkasa189 will refer to official sources from the relevant sporting body. Our decision is final in all dispute cases.

6Member Conduct

Members Angkasa189 are expected to behave in a courteous, honest, and responsible manner while using our platform. Any conduct that is disruptive, threatening, or deceptive toward other members or our staff will not be tolerated.

• The use of abusive or threatening language in live chat sessions or any communication with the support team is not permitted.
• Sharing your account credentials, password, or financial details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• The use of hacking software, automated bots, or any tools that could compromise the integrity of gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Involvement in money laundering or any other illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or accepting bets from others is strictly prohibited.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Angkasa189 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification (KYC) or refusal to submit required documents.
• Suspicious activity or signs of financial fraud.
• Use of multiple accounts or duplicate accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Member's own request (self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons).

When an account is suspended for verification purposes, funds held in the account will be kept on hold while the review is conducted. If a breach is confirmed, the account balance may be fully forfeited at our discretion. Angkasa189.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

8Privacy & Data Protection

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence (e.g., sharing their password).
• Transaction processing delays caused by the bank or eWallet provider.

10Amendments to Terms

Angkasa189 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior consent from members. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Continued use of the platform Angkasa189 after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.
